Shipping & Returns
US SHIPPING ONLY
SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING RATE
FLAT RATE SHIPPING – $9.99
ALL ORDERS ABOVE $60 WILL BE FREE SHIPPING (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Online orders received Monday through Friday by 2 p.m. EST are generally processed and shipped on the same day, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and ground shipping. For ground shipping, please allow at least five to seven business days for your order to be delivered. We cannot guarantee express delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
Please note that we can only accept orders being shipped within the domestic United States. Please provide a valid street address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. UPS can deliver as early as 9 a.m. EST.
Due to Federal shipping regulations, the following items are eligible for ground shipping only and are not eligible for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii:

Returns
You may return all or a portion of your order within 10 days of the date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your Keratin Complex product. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return or exchange.
We will refund your original method of payment for the portion of the order you are returning, based on the guidelines below, plus the portion of the sales tax associated with that return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and proof of purchase. To receive an RA #, please email us at [email protected] Return Authorization requests must be completed within 10 days of receiving your order. Return Authorization requests received after 10 days may not be accepted.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
When submitting an item for return, please obtain an RA # as instructed above. Please write the RA # on your original packing slip and include the packing slip in the return package, retaining a copy for your records. Please also write the RA # on the outside of your return packaging. You are responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend shipping all return packages via UPS or another reliable carrier.
If your shipment appears to be damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.

General U.S. Disclosure (All States)
In accordance with the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (CARD Act): Gift cards will not expire for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase or last reload. Inactivity, dormancy, or maintenance fees will not be charged unless permitted by law, and never before 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Only one fee per month may be charged, if applicable.
California Disclosure
In compliance with California Civil Code §§1749.45–1749.6:Gift cards never expire. Gift cards are not subject to service, dormancy, or inactivity fees. Consumers may redeem for cash if the balance is less than $10.
Can I reload or add more money to my gift card? At this time, gift cards are not reloadable.
