- How do I submit my Ambassador Profile?
Simply complete the Ambassador Profile Form. This helps us learn more about you, understand how you plan to promote products, and prepare your Ambassador setup.
- What happens after I submit my Ambassador Profile?
You’ll receive a confirmation message once your profile is submitted. Our team will review your information and follow up with next steps, including onboarding details and Ambassador access.
- Do Ambassadors receive free products?
Free products may be offered during special campaigns, launches, or promotions, but they are not guaranteed and may vary by opportunity.
- What content can Ambassadors create or promote?
Ambassadors may promote products through approved content such as product features, recommendations, tutorials, unboxings, personal experiences, or campaign-specific materials, as long as content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Do Ambassadors receive special opportunities or incentives?
Yes. Ambassadors may receive access to exclusive opportunities such as featured campaigns, early product access, performance-based incentives, or brand-led initiatives not available to standard Affiliates.
- How do Ambassador commissions work?
Ambassadors earn commissions when products are purchased as a result of their promotion efforts. Commission rates are higher than Affiliate levels and reflect the increased role Ambassadors play in driving product sales.
- Can Ambassadors use coupons?
Yes. Ambassadors may receive personalized coupon codes or promotional tools to support their product sales, depending on campaigns or eligibility.
- Do Ambassadors need followers or social media?
No. Ambassadors are not required to have a specific number of followers or a large social media presence. Many Ambassadors promote products through personal networks, clients, events, or community-based channels.

- What is a Pro Ambassador?
A Pro Ambassador is a top-tier partner who actively sells beauty products through My Beauty Store using a branded presence connected to their name, business, or professional identity. Pro Ambassadors earn the highest commission level and receive expanded attribution benefits and priority opportunities.
- Do Pro Ambassadors sell products directly?
Yes. Pro Ambassadors sell products through their own branded shopping experience within My Beauty Store. While My Beauty Store handles checkout, fulfillment, and customer support, your audience shops through your curated presence—making it feel like your store without the responsibility of managing inventory or operations.
- How do Pro Ambassadors earn commissions?
Pro Ambassadors earn commissions on all purchases made through their branded shopping experience or approved promotional tools. This tier offers the highest commission structure and the longest attribution window available 6 months.
- Can Pro Ambassadors promote products on social media or other channels?
Yes. Pro Ambassadors may promote products across social media, websites, email, events, and in-person channels using approved sharing tools. Promotion should feel authentic and aligned with your brand.
- Can Pro Ambassadors promote products offline?
Yes. Pro Ambassadors may promote products offline using printed materials, cards, QR codes, or other approved methods that connect customers to their branded shopping experience.
- How do Pro Ambassadors receive payouts?
Payouts are issued through direct deposit and managed through your personal dashboard, where you can view earnings, payout history, and manage payment preferences.
Fundraising Participant FAQ’s
- What is a Fundraising Program with My Beauty Store?
This program allows a nonprofit or organization to receive donations when supporters shop through My Beauty Store as part of a fundraising initiative.
- How does fundraising through My Beauty Store work?
Your organization is provided with a custom fundraising link. When supporters shop through it, a portion of each qualifying purchase is donated back to your organization.
- Is this program free for nonprofits?
Yes. There are no costs to join or participate in the fundraising program.
- Do supporters need a code or link to shop?
Supporters may shop using either your fundraising link or an assigned coupon code, depending on the campaign setup.
- Can organizations customize their message or fundraising page?
Yes. We can create a branded fundraising profile that highlights your mission, logo, and message to help supporters understand the cause they are supporting.
- Can fundraising groups have multiple team members or chapters?
Yes. Fundraising participants may organize teams or chapters in a way that works best for their organization. My Beauty Store assigns one primary administrator for the platform, who may share access or coordinate with team leaders of their choice.

- When are fundraising donations issued?
Donations are issued on a regular monthly schedule, as outlined in your dashboard.
- Is this considered a partnership or sponsorship?
No. This is a fundraising participation program and does not constitute a legal partnership or sponsorship.
- Can nonprofits receive promotional materials?
Yes. We provide free digital marketing materials to help organizations and supporters promote fundraising campaigns effectively.

- What if my coupon or referral link isn’t tracking?

- What if I don’t see my commission right away?

- How do I change groups?

Orders, Returns, Customers
- Who handles customer orders and shipping?
My Beauty Store handles all customer orders from checkout to delivery, including order processing, packing, and shipping.
- Do Affiliates or Ambassadors handle customer service?
No. Affiliates and Ambassadors do not handle customer service. If you receive a question or concern from a customer, simply forward it to our customer support team, who manages all inquiries and order-related issues.
- How do returns affect commissions?
Customers have a 10-day return window. After a return is initiated, commissions are placed on a brief 3-day hold to allow for verification. If a return is completed, the related commission is adjusted accordingly. You’ll be notified of any updates directly in your dashboard.
- Do Ambassadors or nonprofits handle refunds or product issues?
No. My Beauty Store manages all refunds, returns, exchanges, and product-related concerns.
- What if a customer wants to change an order?
If a customer needs to change an order, please email our customer support team with the order details. Our team will review the request and handle any updates or adjustments directly with the customer when possible.

- Do I need to claim my earnings on taxes?
Yes. Earnings should be reported based on your local tax laws.

If you meet the IRS payout threshold, we will issue a 1099.

Partners should avoid misleading claims, spam messaging, or unauthorized discounting.
- Can I run my own promotions?

- Can my profile be removed or paused?
Yes. Accounts may be paused for inactivity or guideline violations.
- Are fundraising groups required to provide nonprofit documentation?
Yes. A valid nonprofit or organizational document is typically required.
- How does My Beauty Store prevent misuse of codes or links?
We monitor for suspicious activity and adjust payouts if needed.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM PT are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. Standard delivery within the continental U.S. is 5–7 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $60 or more (before tax and discounts). We do not ship internationally. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have additional fees and longer transit times.
What is your return policy?
If your item is unused and unopened, you may return it within 10 days for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing issue or an error on our part. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions for shipping the item back.
How do refunds and exchanges work once I send my item back?
Your return will be inspected once received. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Items marked Final Sale or discounted may only be eligible for store credit or exchange. If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us right away — we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.
What if my order is missing items or incorrect?
If something in your order is wrong, missing, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
Are styling tools covered under warranty?
Yes — professional tools sold through My Beauty Store are backed by a manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically one year). To begin the warranty process, email [email protected] with your order number, the tool model, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through registration or the next steps for replacement.
Gift Card Policy
What is the My Beauty Store Gift Card Policy?
General U.S. Disclosure (All States)
In accordance with the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (CARD Act): Gift cards will not expire for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase or last reload. Inactivity, dormancy, or maintenance fees will not be charged unless permitted by law, and never before 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Only one fee per month may be charged, if applicable.
California Disclosure
In compliance with California Civil Code §§1749.45–1749.6:Gift cards never expire. Gift cards are not subject to service, dormancy, or inactivity fees. Consumers may redeem for cash if the balance is less than $10.
Can I reload or add more money to my gift card?
At this time, gift cards are not reloadable.
